Andrea Picket - PT
Andrea is a registered physiotherapist with extensive post graduate training and clinical experience in pelvic health dysfunctions, for both men and women. In 2003, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy at Queens University & prior to that a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, with honours at Ottawa University. Andrea began her physio career in Burlington, Ontario, where she gained experience in all areas of hospital medicine and rehabilitation care. Then she returned to the Ottawa area to join a private orthopedic practice in 2010. Andrea has two young children, and has a strong interest in health and wellness of pre and post-partum moms. Andrea takes pride in offering assessments and individualized treatments of pelvic health dysfunctions such as; bowel/ bladder complaints (frequency, urgency, incontinence), pelvic organ prolapse, postpartum abdominal separation, prenatal care, as well as various forms of pelvic pain (vulvodynia, persistent lumbopelvic & pelvic girdle pain).
Andrea is also a pelvic health educator and regularly hosts public workshops in her local community and offers health professional colleagues (such as residents physicians, physio and massage therapists), 1-1 in clinic shadowing/ mentorships and most recently has joined the Pelvic Health Solutions team, as a teaching lab assistant. Andrea is the co-founder of BIRTHtalks workshops for pregnant moms, and the CORE + floor rehabilitation physio program for new moms. Most recently, Andrea was thrilled to be invited to experience and present a pelvic health educational and interactive workshop at the most recent 2020 CPMG/ CWIM fitness challenge and retreat in Canmore, Alberta. Andrea enjoys the outdoors with her family, her new puppy, participates in a home-based fitness training program, as well a managing a growing private pelvic health practice in Perth, Ontario.
Annabelle McNutt - PT
Annabelle McNutt (nee Porter) graduated from Queen’s University with both a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Master’s of Physical Therapy. She has worked in both Ontario and Calgary, Alberta at busy private clinics and has recently relocated back to the area with her husband and son. Annabelle has been keen on working in pelvic health since her very first student placement with Andrea Picket in 2014. Now, since having a baby herself and taking the necessary certifications, she is so excited to begin practice in this area. Annabelle hopes to bring light to the importance of pelvic floor preventative and rehabilitative care, ending the stigma behind talking about sexual health, bladder/bowel function and the wellbeing of our “private parts”. Annabelle enjoys living a very active lifestyle with many forms of exercise and has a special interest in teaching and participating in Ballet Barre. She is so excited to be joining the team and looks forward to helping all clients reach their goals and live their fullest lives.
Leena Barisa - PT
Leena graduated in 2020 from Queen’s University with her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy, after completing her Bachelors of Science in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph. She has been living and working in NorthWestern Ontario for the past 5 years and has recently relocated to the area to be closer to family after growing up in Ottawa. After starting the pelvic floor physiotherapy service at her previous role due to her passion in bringing this service to all who need it, she is excited to continue her pelvic floor practice in Perth. Leena is well versed in a wide area of physiotherapy due to working in a community hospital which serviced a wide geographic region of Ontario, and then transitioning to outpatient rehabilitation services within this region as well. She has lots of experience providing a combination of in-person and virtual appointments locally and in remote Northern Communities. Leena is passionate about making pelvic floor physiotherapy accessible, and enjoys working with people of different sexes, genders, and needs. Leena has a background in competitive Artistic Swimming, and Waterpolo, but now participates in a variety of recreational activities. She enjoys spending time outdoors, in and on the water, reading, or crafting of many different varieties!
Stacey Hickey - PT
Stacey Hickey, PT is a registered physiotherapist with over 20 years of clinical experience in both hospital and private practice settings. She completed her physiotherapy degree at Dalhousie University and holds a Bachelor of Physical Education in Sport Science from the University of New Brunswick. She is also a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, with early experience as a Physical Training Instructor in the Canadian military shaping her practical, movement-focused approach to care. Stacey has completed post-graduate training and certification in pelvic health physiotherapy. Throughout her career, she has focused on helping people live longer, healthier, and more active lives. Her interest in pelvic health developed through this lens, recognizing the integral role of pelvic floor function in movement and physical capacity. Her evidence-based approach focuses on education, movement, and practical strategies that support long-term function, health and well-being. Outside of clinical practice, Stacey enjoys hiking, running, strength training, and writing, reflecting her commitment to health and vitality both personally and professionally. Stacey is delighted to be providing pelvic health physiotherapy care in Perth through her work at Andrea Picket Physiotherapy.
Pam Cupak - PTA
Pam Cupak has 9 years of professional experience, continued research and education, and a lifetime of personal sport and fitness experience, Keeping you on track and motivated is her primary goal. She is a core confidence specialist, personal trainer, yoga instructor, and studio Owner. As a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, 200Hr Yoga Teacher, Core Confidence Specialist, Pre & Post Natal Fitness Specialist, Mom of 2, Run Clinic leader, Physiotherapy Assistant, she has the passion, energy and focus to help you find what you are looking for in fitness. Working closely with Andrea & Annabelle, the pelvic health physiotherapists, Pam instructs all the supervised postpartum CORE + floor and ALL WOMEN’S CORE + floor rehab programs. Lynn received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Honours from Acadia University. She began practice in Sackville, Nova Scotia in 2002 where she gained experience in work and motor vehicle accident, sport injuries and rehabilitation. Following a move to Ottawa, Ontario she gained experience in private practice in areas of athletic training and conditioning, corporate fitness, health and wellness consulting, personal training, physical conditioning, work hardening, office ergonomics, exercise prescription, orthotic construction and functional capacity evaluations. She continued her learning and education in a hospital setting specializing in post operative orthopedics, cerebrovascular accident, geriatric and ambulatory care, acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, co-morbid conditions, kinesio taping, back education, diabetic teaching, stroke care and management, health and safety awareness, infection control, palliative care services and obtained Glad Certification. She has 2 children and enjoys an active lifestyle of running, skiing and swimming. She has a strong commitment to lifelong learning and is excited to offer aquatic therapy and rehabilitation in Perth and surrounding communities.

Her curiosity and love of learning led her to pursue a career in Massage Therapy which she has found to be both rewarding and challenging. She approaches each patient with a personal approach to ensure that their treatment plan is specific to their goals. Alexis has had success treating patients with a broad spectrum of conditions from TMJ to Plantar Fascitits. Alexis also offers RAPID Neurofascial Reset which is done over the clothes with no oil or lotion. Each RAPID session is a combination of examination and treatment. This is a movement based massage technique that addresses the nervous system’s role in alleviating pain, tension, and restrictions in muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia. Alexis enjoys being challenged with new opportunities and looks forward to assisting you with your health care goals. When she is not in the clinic she enjoys gardening, cooking and spending time with her 2 daughters and husband in their country log home in Maberly.

Callan is a graduate of the Spa and Wellness Operations Management Program at Algonquin College and brings experience from many different avenues of wellness. She has completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and was previously a Spa Studio Owner, combining her passion for wellness with strong organizational and client care skills. As a mom of two and a frequent student of the Core + Floor program, Callan is passionate about helping moms find a sense of community, inclusion, and understanding while navigating postpartum recovery. She is eager to share the many benefits that Pelvic Health Physiotherapy can offer and loves helping clients feel supported and connected throughout their care journey. Known for her creativity, organization, and warm approach, Callan enjoys building meaningful connections with clients and helping guide them to the practitioner best suited to their needs. Outside of the office, you may find her in her secondary role as a personal assistant and mother’s helper for families in the Perth area, attending classes next door at Root Studio, or enjoying nature walks and local parks with her two children and dog, Hallie. Callan is excited to welcome clients and help direct their care to one of the clinic’s many talented practitioners.
